Check in will not be permitted without this. We do not accept cash payments. Irish Laser cards are not accepted. Rates are per apartment and include VAT and service. Cash is not accepted.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of GBP 200.00 is required upon arrival using valid credit card. This will be refunded on or after departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
The property makes no refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
Guest Conduct
No party’s at all please as this is also a residential apartment complex. Party’s will be asked to leave without refund.
Breakages
Please note damage to / missing items or excessive clean up charges are incurred at cost.
Promotions
Promotional discounted rates / room types are non refundable / non changeable as stated in the promotion descriptions.
